Data Deletion

Your account. Your connections. Your choice.

Choose the action that matches what you want to remove. Disconnecting a social channel, deleting a VISHU account and deleting a ReelEaze workspace are separate actions with different results.

Before you start

  • Disconnect a channel when you only want ReelEaze to stop accessing or publishing to a Facebook, Instagram or Threads account.
  • Delete your VISHU account when you want to permanently remove the identity connected to your VISHU phone number.
  • Request workspace deletion when an entire ReelEaze workspace and the content it controls should be removed.

Save anything you need before requesting permanent deletion. Deletion may not be reversible after processing begins. Removing VISHU or ReelEaze data does not automatically remove posts, messages or copies that already exist on another person’s device or on a third-party platform.

1

Disconnect Facebook, Instagram or Threads

Disconnect inside ReelEaze

  1. Open ReelEaze and select the correct workspace.
  2. Open Menu → Channels.
  3. Select the connected Facebook, Instagram or Threads account.
  4. Choose Disconnect this account, review the warning and confirm.
  5. Repeat these steps for each connected account you want to remove.

Also revoke access through Meta

For an additional provider-side revocation, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Find VISHU or ReelEaze, choose Remove and confirm. Meta may change the names or location of these controls; see Meta’s official Apps and Websites instructions if the menu looks different.

What disconnecting does

  • stops ReelEaze from making future requests through that channel authorization;
  • prevents queued or scheduled items for that disconnected destination from being published unless you reconnect and reschedule them;
  • does not delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or Threads;
  • does not delete your Meta account, your VISHU account or the ReelEaze workspace; and
  • does not remove drafts, approvals or records unrelated to the authorization unless you separately delete them.

To remove already-published content, delete it directly on the destination platform or through ReelEaze where that platform supports deletion. The platform may retain information under its own terms, legal obligations and backup schedule.

2

Permanently delete your VISHU account

Delete from the app

  1. Open VISHU.
  2. Go to You → Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Read the deletion summary carefully.
  4. Enter the full phone number registered to the account when asked.
  5. Confirm Delete account. This action is permanent.

What is removed

VISHU removes or de-identifies the account’s profile identity, credentials, active sessions, push-notification routes, uploaded contacts, encryption pre-key records and live-location sessions owned by the account. The phone number is released so it can be registered again as a new account.

What may remain

  • Messages and media already delivered to another person may remain on that person’s device or in their conversation.
  • A minimal deleted-account marker may remain so other users’ conversations and security records do not break.
  • Information may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute handling or an active legal hold.
  • Encrypted backups and disaster-recovery copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten under the normal backup cycle.

If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@vishu.galawise.com. Include your registered phone number with country code and state that you want the VISHU account permanently deleted. We will verify that you control the account through a safe method before acting.

3

Request ReelEaze workspace deletion

A workspace owner—or a person legally authorized to act for the owner—can request deletion by emailing privacy@vishu.galawise.com. Use the email associated with the workspace when possible.

Include in your request

  • the workspace name and workspace identifier, if visible;
  • your name, role and the VISHU phone number associated with the workspace;
  • the names of connected channels, without sending passwords or tokens;
  • whether you want the entire workspace deleted or only specified content or connections; and
  • whether ownership should be transferred instead if other members still need the workspace.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge the request and verify your identity and authority over the workspace.
  2. We may ask you to confirm the scope or resolve ownership, billing, legal-hold or active-team issues.
  3. After verification, we delete or de-identify workspace-controlled drafts, queues, approvals, comments, uploaded media, channel credentials, settings and membership relationships within the approved scope.
  4. We confirm completion or explain any limited information that must be retained and why.

Workspace deletion does not remove content already published to Facebook, Instagram, Threads or another destination. Delete that content on the relevant platform. Data controlled by another workspace, another member or a connected provider is governed by that controller’s own deletion process.

Contact the privacy team

Email privacy@vishu.galawise.com for account deletion help, workspace deletion, connected-service questions or another privacy request. Describe the outcome you want and provide only the minimum information needed to locate the account or workspace.

We may request reasonable proof of identity or authority. We will never ask you to send a password, one-time password, complete access token, recovery code or payment-card security code by email. If a message asks for one of these secrets, do not reply; forward the suspicious message to privacy@vishu.galawise.com.
