Our approach
We aim toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public web experiences and follow native iOS and Android accessibility conventions in our apps. This includes semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient contrast, readable scaling, reduced-motion support and meaningful labels.
Known work
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time badge. New features, translations and connected-platform experiences can introduce gaps. We test and improve them as the Services evolve.
